Can we have a more robust custom report option in reporting.   I am frequently asked to create reports that show more than 2 data points. The most common one is to give a report that shows a list of categories, and the number of tickets closed broken out by technician that closes the ticket.

I can slap together a crude query in sql to get them the data but we like the design of the jitbit reports

Could we have at least 2 or 3 levels of filtering on the custom reports?
