It would be great to consider implementing a feature that offers insight into the usage of our automation rules. I have two suggestions for improvement in this area.

1. Generating a report showcasing the frequency of each triggered rule over a period of time (i.e. daily, weekly, monthly, yearly), we could gain valuable data to assess their necessity and effectiveness. This could serve as a tool for optimizing automation strategies among many business areas, which will ultimately play a role in determining whether to refine or remove rules that might no longer align with our needs. 

2. Additionally, having the capability to export these rules would support our auditing practices, enabling a thorough review for compliance and efficiency. It's a step toward a more streamlined and purpose-driven automation system, ensuring that every rule implemented serves a tangible purpose in our workflow.
