Disable emailing a Knowledge base update to specific technicians
Please consider the functionality of disabling emailing a Knowledge base updates to specific technician. If user have admin role and technician role - two accounts, they get two email notifications for the same new Knowledge base article or update. We could even have third account
with email list with all the technician emails inside. They would get third email notification for the same KB.
Functionality to disable sending KB emails to specific technician would be very useful.
