This would come in handy when we need similar canned responses that apply to similar categories.

We won't have to reselect all the individual categories for a new canned response made from copy/paste.

WORKAROUND for now:

copy the canned response to Notepad or similar text editor

create new canned response and paste in the text

but then you also need to manually apply it to each category that it is used in (this is the pain part)
