New Automation Rule - Send ticket to selected technicians
Our current configuration has a lot of overlap of technicians between departments. Our desktop, network, and server techs work in concert with each other and when work gets slow, they will check out the other sections/category.
It would be nice to have a selected techs rule where we can choose the techs that need the rule but not notify all techs assigned to that category. This also will alleviate the amount of emails that some of the admins receive (because the Jitbit Admins are also techs for the categories.) There would no need to have the checkbox 'Exclude admins' anymore.
