Currently, when creating a subticket from an existing ticket, the attachments from the parent ticket are not carried over. This requires manual downloading and re-uploading of the same files, which is inefficient and error-prone, especially in high-volume workflows.
We suggest adding an option (either in the UI or via automation rules) to automatically copy all attachments from the parent ticket to the newly created subticket.
This would significantly improve productivity for support teams that rely on subticketing workflows involving documents, images, or logs shared in the original request.
