Email API #NonTechSubscribers# and #NonTechSubscribersEmails#

Presently the #NonTechSubscribers# lists the (emails) of the subscribers rather than the implied (usernames).  Could you add a new substitution mask so #NonTechSubscribers# aligns better with #Subscribers#?  This seems like it would make the behavior a bit more logical.

Below is the suggestion in detail with my copying/modifying the online DOCS
  • #Subscribers# - replaced with a list of the ticket's subscribers (usernames)
  • #SubscribersEmails# - replaced with a list of the ticket's subscribers' emails
  • #NonTechSubscribers# - replaced with a list of the ticket's subscribers, but only those who are not admins or technicians. (usernames)

Ok, maybe I jumped the gun. It's possible #NonTechSubscribers# does indeed only list the (Usernames), but I would still like to see both of these substitution masks.
