Better dependent fields

Hello!

I'd like to ask for better work with dependent fields, because (as many other people) I try to create service catalogue with dependent selectionCombo custom fields and it's hard to maintain them, due to lack of visibility. 

For example, I have the same end values in different categories, but they look the same in advanced search and field values admin option. Actually, advanced search just ignores the dependency of the fields.
As example (that's where multiple value parents might be useful): 


Plus, I'd like to give my clients text field, when required category is absent (so I spend less time analyzing those tickets), but this option should be available only when values like "Other" were selected.
