When entering a ticket update, sometimes we want to enter a tech-only note, but we forget to mark the checkbox and end up sending information out to the ticket submitter.
Or there are other instances where we have multiple tickets open and end up replying to the wrong one. Or even just the classic seeing a typo after you hit reply.
It would be great if, like for Gmail and some other email clients, there was the option to build in a delay before sending out the email on a ticket update.
