Move the Grey line in Email Notifications to make the reading easier

I think the grey line below the date should be above the "from:" (I draw orange lines where I think they should be).

This is indeed really hard to read the historic of the messages. The From, the date and the body should all be in one "box", and should appear between the lines, and not being separated by lines.
