consistent Filter views across Ticket assigned type selections
The Tickets Categories filter, right now, varies between "Unanswered", "Unclosed", "Unassigned", "Assigned to you", and "All".
It would be nice if that was uniform and consistent.
One that we noticed as most annoying is this:
select "Assigned to you" (which is most used)
click on Filters
and you CANNOT find your own "Closed" tickets, that Status is not available to check.
The current WORKAROUND is this:
select "All" at the top
click on Filters
click on Tech and select yourself
now you can goto Status and check the "Closed" tickets option
Why the inconsistency?
Why is "Closed" status only available when you select "All" tickets?
