Show time between ticket takeover/ticket assignment and first response

Have a field in the summary report that will show the time elapsed between EITHER the ticket being assigned to a technician (if that happened at all) OR a technician taking over the ticket (whichever came first) and the first response being sent.

If this is included in the reports page directly it would be even better.
