Migration from server help desk to hosted

Due to popular demand, we've developed a tool that lets us move your data from your server to a hosted instance. Here is how to proceed:

1. Data migration is a paid service since it involves a lot of manual work by developers. Currently, it costs $100 for trial accounts and free for paid SaaS customers (i.e., who have a paid subscription)
2. Choose an appropriate plan on the pricing page, sign up for a trial and purchase the service.
3. Contact our support to talk about the details. We will schedule the migration date - we can do it on weekends too.
4. It is highly preferred that you do not use your hosted site in the meantime since it complicates the migration quite a bit.
5. At the scheduled time, you will need to send us a SQL backup of the help desk database.
6. We will need about a day to migrate your data.
7. At this time we cannot move your file attachments unless you store them on disk instead of the DB.
8. After that, you can start using your new hosted instance and forget about the hassle of maintaining your own server.
