Migration from server help desk to hosted

Due to popular demand, we developed a tool to move your data from your server to a hosted instance. Proceed as follows:

  1. Data migration is a paid service because it requires manual work by developers. It costs $100 for trial accounts and is free for paid SaaS customers (those with an active paid subscription).
  2. Choose an appropriate plan on the pricing page, sign up for a trial if needed, and purchase the service:
  3. Contact support to discuss details and schedule the migration. Migrations are currently performed only on weekends.
  4. Do not use the hosted site between purchase and migration; using it during that period complicates the process.
  5. At the scheduled time, send us a copy of your help desk database. Preferred format: .bacpac (how to create). A regular SQL backup is also acceptable.
  6. Migration typically takes about one day.
  7. After migration is complete, you can begin using the hosted instance and stop maintaining your own server.

IMPORTANT: We cannot migrate file attachments (including inline images) and automation rules due to technical limitations.
