Notify admins of abandoned tickets


Can you advise if there is any way we can set up automatic reminders if a ticket has not been actioned in a certain amount of time?


You can create automation rules that notify your staff if tickets are abandoned: on the Administration > Automation rules page, click Create, create a rule like this:

That will do the job.
