How do I create more sections, so that we have one for each of our operating fields (e.g., warehouse, manufacturing, accounts receivable, etc.)?
Answer:
To create an additional section:
1. On the Administration > Ticket categories page, scroll to the very bottom and then click Add new category...
2. On the screen that appears, click the Section drop-down menu and then select Add new section.
3. Now enter the category name and the section name in the respective fields that appear and then click Add new category to complete.
