Tags is an easy way to select multiple tickets that share the same keyword(s). Just click on a tag on the left-hand side of your helpdesk page, and the program will bring up all tickets that are tagged with the selected keyword.
To create a new tag, click on the Tags field on the ticket page, then type the tag and press Enter. Type another tag if necessary and press Enter again.
If the tag you are entering exists, you will see the tag on the list that appears when you start typing your tag. In this case, you can just select the tag on the list to add it to the ticket.
To delete a tag, just click the X by the tag name on the ticket page.
