If let say I have a ticket with an accented character like this “Demande de réinitialisation de mot de passe” and I search for the word “reinitialisation “, right now it will not return anything
unless I have the accented character. It should however return it with or without the accented character.
Answer:
In the self-hosted application, that's a database server setting, not one of the helpdesk app's. You just have to make your full-text catalog accent-insensitive.
