3. Make sure that your app is enabled. Copy the App Key on to your clipboard to be used in the next step. Also make sure you have added the Jitbit Helpdesk domain you're using. For example "acme.jitbit.com" if yo're on the hosted version
4. Go back to your Jitbit Helpdesk Admin page. Click on Integrations, click Dropbox, enable Dropbox and paste the APP key. Click on the toggle next to it to enable the integration. Paste the App key you copied in the previous step into the text box.
