Does the new feature of the KB reporting only apply to when the helpdesk was updated to version 9.11 and therefore anything before that update will not be recorded?



Answer:

Yes, the new report can provide statistics on KB transactions that took place after the new feature has been added to the application. Before that, the application did not collect the required data and therefore cannot generate the report for the earlier periods.
