Integrate with Trello

Question:

How do I Integrate JitBit Helpdesk with Trello?

Answer:

To enable integration with Trello:

Open Administration » Integration » Trello.
Select Enable Trello integration.
Click Save.

To post a ticket to Trello:

Open the ticket.
Click Create Trello card on the right hand side of the page.
Follow the instructions on the screen to complete.
