How do I add an asset to a ticket?
Answer:
To add an asset to a ticket:
1. Open the ticket to add the asset to.
2. Place the cursor to the Assets involved field.
3. Start typing the asset name until you see the required asset on the list that appears.
4. Click on the asset.
Do the same for other assets if you want to add several ones to the same ticket.
Note:
Prior to adding assets to tickets you have to add them to your helpdesk on the Assets tab.
