Is it possible to save ticket filters?

Question:

It is possible to further filter the helpdesk tickets by clicking on the filter icon and entering data - date range, category, assigned agent etc. Is it possible to save this setup for faster access next time? For example, I may want to rapidly see the list of tickets create last week and those from this week.

Answer:

The helpdesk app does not have this functionality at the moment BUT the filter parameters are saved in the URL after you click the "filter" button. Simply add this URL to your bookmarks bar in your browser and you will be able to see the filtered list any time you want.
