We've published a VPAT 2.5 INT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) for Jitbit Helpdesk so procurement teams can evaluate the product against the accessibility standards their organization is required to follow. The full report is attached to this article.

What's in the report

A single document covering all three standards procurement teams typically ask about:

  • WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 at Level A and AA
  • Revised Section 508 (US, 2017 update)
  • EN 301 549 v3.2.1 (European procurement)

For each criterion the report states whether Jitbit Helpdesk Supports, Partially Supports, Does Not Support, or where the criterion is Not Applicable — with a short remark explaining the call.

Scope

The report covers the end-user portal (login, registration, knowledge base, ticket submission, viewing and replying to tickets) and the agent interface (ticket grid, ticket editing, customer profiles, reporting). The admin area, the embeddable widget, and the Ideas module are out of scope for this revision.
