Sure!
To restore the ticket marked as spam:
- On the Administration > Reports page, click Deleted tickets.
- Look up and undelete the ticket from "deleted tickets" report.
- On the Administration > Users page, click Deactivated users.
- Look up the user and re-enable the user who created the ticket.
That's it.
