Recover ticket marked as spam

I’ve marked a ticket as spam in error, is there a way to retrieve it?



Answer:

Sure! 

To restore the ticket marked as spam:
  1. On the Administration > Reports page, click Deleted tickets.
  2. Look up and undelete the ticket from "deleted tickets" report.
  3. On the Administration > Users page, click Deactivated users.
  4. Look up the user and re-enable the user who created the ticket.
