Scheduling Recurring Tickets

To schedule a recurring ticket in Jitbit Helpdesk you can either do this right from the "new ticket" page - click "advanced" - enable "recurring" switch and you'll be able to set the schedule on the next screen.



Alternatively, you can open any existing ticket and then in the "details" bar on the right click the "..." button to add a schedule.



Available repeating options are: "Repeat once, Daily, Daily on workdays, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Monthly on day X, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly, Half-year and Yearly"

You can also go to "Reports - Scheduled tickets" to see all your recurring tickets.
