Survey Monkey allows parameters to be passed in the URL which are then stored as part of the survey response.
We will pass the ticket # using the #TicketID# tag to the URL for the survey in Survey Monkey. The ticket # will get saved in the survey response and it will allow us to correlate the survey response to the Jitbit Ticket.
