Question:
After installing Helpdesk 10.x and later, we get a 500.19 error on our IIS server
Answer:
You need to install .NET Core hosting bundle that includes "Asp Net Core Hosting module"

Even if it is already installed, running a "repair" install and restarting IIS after that should help.
