What versions of SSL or TLS protocols does Jitbit Helpdesk software use when self-hosting on IIS server?

Answer:

JitBit Helpdesk uses whatever is configured on your web server. It doesn't have its own certificates or protocol implementations. To enable/disable specific protocols on Windows and the IIS server we recommend using this handy tool: https://www.nartac.com/Products/IISCrypto
