How to "snooze" a ticket in Jitbit Helpdesk
To snooze a ticket, hide it from the "unanswered" list and get it back on a specific date, simply foloow these steps:
- Change the ticket status (for example by "taking" the ticket and moving it to "in progress") this will change the status from "New", and the ticket will be gone from "Unanswered"
- Set the ticket due date to the date when you'd like to be reminded of it.
That's it! When the due date comes, the ticket will pop up in the "unanswered" list automatically, you don't have to do anything.
