Does Jitbit use Apache Log4j or Log4Shell for anything?

Jitbit Helpdesk is not based on Java and therefore the app is not affected by the notable vulnerability.

Our Helpdesk is based on ASP.NET 5 (Core) and is written in C# programming language.

Java is not even installed on any of our servers
