Creating a checklist in a ticket
You can now embed checkboxes right into tickets' bodies. Simply click the "checkbox" button on the wysiwyg-editor toolbar when creating (or editing) a ticket, or edit HTML code directly to insert a checkbox automatically.
When looking at a ticket, checkboxes will auto-save their state in the background (for technicians)

Works in ticket templates too
If a ticket category requires some predefined task/to-do list (for example "new server" category can have items like "order the server, rack-mount, install OS" etc.) you can easily use this feature via ticket templates.
Go to "Admin - categories - edit" and set up a "ticket template" in a category to pre-create a checkbox list. Simply insert multiple "<input type=checkbox>" tags in the template text and it will just work.
