Custom "Thank you" text

  1. In testing ticket entry/ingest using the support form link, we encountered the following automatic ticket confirmation text in the pop-up:

Can we remove the entire 2nd statement so that the ticket confirmation window reads simply:

“Your ticket has been submitted successfully. One of our support agents will get back to you with more information shortly. Thank you.”

Yes, sure. You can change it.
Just go to Administration » General settings > General settings and check "Custom "Thank you" text:".
