Question:
I configured my system to use MST but really it should be MDT since we’re in DST. Is there an option to use DST or does your system adjust accordingly? I don’t see it as an option in the configuration and all my ticket are showing up as MST which is 1 hour off of what the actual time is where I’m at.

Actually "US Mountain Standard Time" should be the one
without DST, and "Mountain Standard Time" (no "US" prefix) should be the one with it. Please switch the timezone accordingly and let us know if that helped.
