We are about to go live with our help desk in about 30 minutes and discovered a bug. When submitting a ticket via the Support Form Link Widget the Attach File section is set to required. Users are not able to submit tickets without attaching something. How can this be disabled?
Answer:
When IE10 is in compatibility mode with IE8 or 7, this can happen. If you turn that off, it will work fine. This bug may appear only in compatibility mode and not on the "real" IE8.
