Hardware requirements for on-premise helpdesk


Is there hardware requirements for on-premises helpdesk?
Assuming we will have around 20 tickets per day with 500 customers.


16 GB of RAM should be fine to run both the helpdesk app and the database on both Linux and Windows Server.
