Helpdesk static content not shown on IIS7 Windows 2008 Server

"I downloaded and installed Helpdesk to my win7 machine but the CSS isn’t formatting the page correctly."

Try opening http://SERVER/helpdesk/style.css ? or http://SERVER/helpdesk/images/News.png
If you see blank screen on both:
You should enable "static content" like described ehre http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1440144/iis-7-5-under-win7-prof-64bit-returning-blank-page-no-html-at-all
