Helpdesk static content not shown on IIS7 Windows 2008 Server

"I downloaded and installed Helpdesk to my win7 machine but the CSS isn’t formatting the page correctly."

Try opening http://SERVER/helpdesk/style.css ? or http://SERVER/helpdesk/images/News.png
