Forum Integration question

Hi,

I'm interested in using your forum in my preexisting website provided I can integrate it.
Would you happen to have any info on the integration process.

And can it be integrated and kept modular so that if I want to update to a newer version, I can do that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
