How to change credit card and other payment details

Question:

Hi, we need to change the credit card on our account, but I'm not sure how to do that without canceling our subscription.



Answer:

To change the credit card used for paying for your subscription:

  1. Sign in to the helpdesk app as an administrator.
  2. On the Administration tab, click Billing, then click Change payment info.
  3. On the Subscription Details page that appears, click Edit Subscription.
  4. Then click Update payment method and click Next.
  5. Enter the new credit card details and then click UPDATE PAYMENT METHOD to complete.
