Question:Hi, we need to change the credit card on our account, but I'm not sure how to do that without canceling our subscription.
Answer:To change the credit card used for paying for your subscription:
- Sign in to the helpdesk app as an administrator.
- On the Administration tab, click Billing, then click Change payment info.
- On the Subscription Details page that appears, click Edit Subscription.
- Then click Update payment method and click Next.
- Enter the new credit card details and then click UPDATE PAYMENT METHOD to complete.
