How to order Database Backup

How do we obtain the backup of our database?

Answer:

To get the backup of your data:

If you are an Enterprise or Company user, simply tell us the URL of your helpdesk and the date/time when you would like us to backup your data.

If you use any other service plan, please complete the backup order, then also tell us the URL of your helpdesk and the date/time when you would like us to backup your data.

Upon the completion of your order, we will send you a password-protected FTP link, where you will be able to download your backup.
