It has been nearly a year since we launched the new UI design for Jitbit Helpdesk. We have continued to offer the old design and for a year we provided a "use old design" switch in the user profiles for those who prefer it. However, we will be phasing out the old layout next month, starting October 2025.
We encourage you to switch to the new design in your user profile at your earliest convenience. This will allow you to familiarize yourself with the updated layout and features. Thank you for your understanding and support!
