How to move helpdesk from hosted to on-premise?


We would like to move this installation to an on-premise solution. How do I need to proceed?


To migrate from the hosted (cloud-based) helpdesk to the on-premise (self-hosted) solution:

1. Install the on-premise trial, upgrade it to current version.

2. Order the full version of the on-premise Helpdesk application, download the installer archive, and upgrade your trial to the full version.

3. Order the backup of your hosted helpdesk database. Obtain the database backup and...

4. Restore the database from the archive to your local SQL Server.
